December Goal

Maybe taking on 3 goals for the month was too much to add to my schedule... because I didn't follow through with any of them :(

This month I am only going to focus on one! I want to drink at least 2L of water daily. 
I am going to start carrying my Nalgene with me all the time and write in my planner how much to drink with each meal.

Here we go again!

November Goals

November Goals:
  1. Drink 3L water daily
  2. Excercise 20 minutes 3x/week
  3. Start the day with water instead of coffee (but still drink coffee after!)
